In Jesus’ Name We Pray
Yesterday morning I was listening to a story on NPR about Chinese grocers in the Mississippi Delta region, and caught a moment of family prayer ending “I ask these things in Jesus’ name.” Well, I’ve heard that many times as an end to prayer, but I found myself wondering why we do that?
